<reviewbody>A very ambitious and beautiful film, reminds me of the short from Kurosawa's Dreams where scientists cause a similar situation.

<reviewbody>While not an Oscar winner by any account, this film has taken a beating over the years, yet with a solid cast(even if they are past prime)and a decent story that has been retold in films like Outbreak and many others, this is a film worth a look. Some controversial scenes like when they decide that they must re-populate the world yet there are only a handful of women compared to many men. Check it out..not that bad.</reviewbody>
<reviewtitle>Not as bad as suggested...</reviewtitle>
